Pesach! (Passover) April 2014

To celebrate Pesach (passover) this year we made matzah and ate it with Nutella and jam. We had a great time and the kids are pros after making it 3 other times in school. 

We are going to miss Israel and the fun traditions that we have been able to try out.

Ryan, Jenny and Candice took off on an adventure across the boarder into Jordan and left Chris behind with the kids. (Good Sport)

Our first stop was to Jerash, Jordan.

This is one of my very favorite places in the world I am so amazed at the beauty of each carving in the mountain. I love Jordan.

We visited Tel Beer Sheva where they have an archaeological site, and a well that some believe to be the well mentioned in Genesis.

Genesis 21:27-31

27 So Abraham took sheep and oxen and gave them to Abimelech, and the two of them made a covenant. 28 And Abraham set seven ewe lambs of the flock by themselves.
